B. Data Provided Voluntarily

If you contact our support team, we may collect your email address and any content included in your message strictly to assist you in resolving your issue.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use the collected information for the following specific business and operational purposes:

To operate, maintain, and provide the core functionalities of the game (e.g., cloud saving via Firebase).
To serve contextual, age-appropriate advertisements within the game.
To analyze user behavior and game performance to fix bugs and improve future updates (via AppsFlyer and Firebase Crashlytics).
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SDKs

Our Service utilizes third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to facilitate in-game advertising and analytics. These third parties may collect and process data such as your IP address and Advertising ID.

AppLovin MAX: We use AppLovin MAX as our primary ad mediation platform. For users subject to child privacy laws, we configure AppLovin MAX to serve strictly contextual, non-personalized advertisements. AppLovin and its integrated network partners are restricted from building user profiles or utilizing interest-based targeting for these users.
AppsFlyer: We use AppsFlyer for attribution and app analytics to understand how users find our game. We restrict AppsFlyer's data processing to ensure compliance with our family-friendly policies.
Firebase (Google LLC): Used for secure user authentication, database management, and crash reporting.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY AND FAMILIES POLICY

Protecting the privacy of children is our highest priority. Food Heaven is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation for Kids (GDPR-K), and Google Play’s Families Policy Requirements.

No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not knowingly collect personal names, physical addresses, or precise location data from children.
Restricted Ad Serving: As stated above, we actively tag our ad requests to inform advertising networks that the user may be a child. This flag forces networks to serve only Family-Safe, non-targeted ads.
Parental Control: Parents and legal guardians have the right to review, delete, or prohibit further collection of their child's data. If you believe we have unintentionally collected PII from a child, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

5. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or to fulfill legal obligations.

Right to Deletion: In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety and Account Deletion requirements, users possess the right to request the complete deletion of their game data, identifiers, and related analytics records.

To submit a deletion request, please send an email to our support team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your in-game ID. We will securely erase your data from our servers and third-party partner databases within 30 days.
