DATA DELETION REQUEST

At ONECHAIN TECHNOLOGY, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of data associated with your use of our games.
This guide applies to the following games:
- Hungry Hours: Food Heaven — Mobile (Android & iOS)
- Category Tiles Sort — Mobile (Android & iOS)
- Category Tiles Sort — Facebook Instant Games
1. WHAT DATA CAN BE DELETED?
Upon a valid deletion request, we will process the removal of:
- Device identifiers and advertising IDs linked to your game session.
- Gameplay analytics events and session records stored on our servers.
- Crash and diagnostic logs associated with your device.
- Support correspondence, if you have previously contacted us.
Note: Some data processed solely by third-party services (such as Firebase, AppLovin MAX, or AppsFlyer) may need to be deleted directly through those providers. We will coordinate with our service providers where applicable, but we recommend also reviewing their individual data deletion options.
2. HOW TO SUBMIT A DELETION REQUEST
Follow the steps below to submit your data deletion request:

Prepare your request information
Before emailing us, please gather the following details to help us locate and verify your data:
- The name of the game you played (e.g., Hungry Hours: Food Heaven).
- Your device platform: Android or iOS.
- Your in-game ID or support ID (if available — usually found in the game's Settings or Help menu).
- Approximate date range when you used the game (optional, but helpful).

Send an email to our privacy team
Email us at phonghv@onechain.game using the subject line "Data Deletion Request". You may use the template below:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Hello ONECHAIN TECHNOLOGY,
I would like to request the deletion of my personal data associated with the following game:
- Game name: [Hungry Hours: Food Heaven / Category Tiles Sort]
- Device platform: [Android / iOS]
- In-game ID or Support ID (if available): [your ID here]
Please confirm once the deletion has been processed.

Wait for confirmation
We will review your request and respond within 30 days. If we need additional information to verify or process your request, we will contact you at the email address you provided.
3. FACEBOOK INSTANT GAMES — DATA DELETION
If you play Category Tiles Sort on Facebook Instant Games, the following additional steps apply to delete data associated with your Facebook account.

Remove the game from your Facebook account
This immediately revokes the game's access to your Facebook profile data:
- Open Facebook on web or mobile.
- Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Select Security and Login > Apps and Websites.
- Find Category Tiles Sort in the list and click Remove.

Request deletion of stored game data
Email us at phonghv@onechain.game with subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request". Include:
- Your Facebook display name.
- Approximate date(s) you played the game.
- Platform: Facebook Instant Games.

Request deletion of Facebook-held data directly
For data held by Meta/Facebook itself (activity logs, ad data, etc.), visit:
4. ADDITIONAL STEPS ON YOUR DEVICE
You can also take the following actions directly on your device to further limit data collection:
On Android:
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads and select "Reset Advertising ID" or "Delete Advertising ID" (Android 12+).
- Go to Settings > Apps, select the game, and tap "Clear Data" to wipe local game data.
On iOS:
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising to manage personalized ads.
- Uninstall the game to remove locally stored data from your device.
